Lime Cilantro Cream

Yield: 2 1/2 Cups

Ingredients:

Cilantro – stemmed and fine dice
Sour cream
Heavy Cream
Lime Juice
Salt

Quantity:

½ Cup
1 Cup
1 Cup
½ Cup
1 ½ tsp

MIX INGREDIENTS IN LARGE MIXING BOWL WITH WIRE
WHISK. RESERVE FOR SERVICE.
